If you would like to sign up for the face-to-face course sessions which begin quarterly, use the link on our Shop page or email us and we can help get you registered.

Our staff responds to emails Monday-Thursday from 7am-7pm Pacific time, and on Fridays from 7am-5pm Pacific time.

CMHRC does not provide emergency services or crisis support.
